Preview only includes accepted/edited fields. Send requires oracle.send, a clean authoritative set, and confirm=true — with a persisted payload snapshot.
Append-only MetadataFieldAuditLog and IntegrationAuditLog carry actor_id, actor_type, actor_role, and request_id.
